We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div> What You’ll Do Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Partner Success Associate to support client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department. You will play a critical role in supporting key business results related to client retention and contract performance. Additionally, you will: Client-Facing Delivery Expectations:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build fluency in the suite of dashboards and data available to report against contract obligations.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate available data into meaningful, story-telling presentations related to contract performance (e.g. enrollment, utilization, quality measures).</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Project manage and track next steps and follow-ups from external meetings through to completion.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Partner Success and Sr. Director, Partner Success to support Joint Operating Committee meetings with clients and Internal Contract Management Meeting with senior leadership.</li></ul>Internal Governance and Communication:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and manage new templates for the Partner Success team as opportunities to standardize present themselves.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead documentation of process optimization efforts for the Partner Success team as opportunities to streamline present themselves.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate efforts to improve contract performance, enhance care coordination, or solve pain points within the attributed population.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with our data team to generate reporting that supports care coordination and performance management with each client.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Regularly communicate project status, barriers, risks, and updates to key stakeholders across the organization.</li></ul> What You Bring & How You Qualify  First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A knack for building strong relationships and partnerships.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrates excellent project management skills, such as ability to develop high-quality materials, work on concrete deadlines, and deliver results independently.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1-3+ years' experience working in a healthcare company, experience with a management consulting firm a plus.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A “commercial mindset” to help the company meet its high growth goals. Experience at an early to mid-stage start-up company is a plus.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a specific focus on the nuances and intricacies of value-based care; experience with Medicaid health plans is a plus</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask across projects in a variety of subject matter areas.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Desire to learn, grow quickly, with a bias for action.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel (20%) </li></ul>What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)    The role offers a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 in addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
