You will serve as the technical bridge between DevRev and our ecosystem of resellers, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic alliances.</p><p>In this role, you will lead pre-sales discovery, design custom solutions, enable technical teams at partner organizations, and act as a trusted advisor across the full partner lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with DevRev’s Sales, Product, and GTM teams, empowering partners to independently position, implement, and scale DevRev solutions.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p><strong>Partner Enablement & Technical Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Articulate the features, benefits, and business value of the DevRev platform.</li><li>Translate partner business models and objectives into DevRev-aligned solutions.</li><li>Support partner solution discovery, architecture, and proposal creation during the sales cycle.</li><li>Deliver technical enablement programs including:</li><ul><li>Tailored product and solution updates</li><li>Hands-on bootcamps, SE shadowing, and technical workshops</li><li>Joint solution and service co-creation</li></ul><li>Enable partners to deliver independent pre-sales motions and contribute to regional revenue growth.</li></ul><h4><strong>Sales & Evaluation Support</strong></h4><ul><li>Support demos, technical presentations, and PoCs for partner-led sales cycles.</li><li>Guide and manage technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements.</li><li>Collaborate with DevRev support and product teams to resolve technical roadblocks.</li><li>Capture and relay product feedback, partner insights, and customer pain points.</li></ul><h4><strong>Technical Enablement Planning</strong></h4><ul><li>Co-create enablement plans with partner sales leaders, including:</li><ul><li>Certification pathways and role-based training modules</li><li>Joint technical goals and milestone tracking</li></ul><li>Lead certification bootcamps and instructor-led enablement tracks.</li><li>Host Expert Sessions to update partner SEs on product releases and best practices.</li><li>Optimize reach and impact by scaling enablement across partner organizations.</li></ul><h4><strong>Partner Relationship & Technical Account Management</strong></h4><ul><li>Develop strategic relationships with partner architects and C-level leaders.</li><li>Conduct roadmap alignment sessions and technical QBRs.</li><li>Build and maintain partner org charts and communication matrices.</li><li>Champion DevRev inside partner orgs to drive mindshare and product positioning.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and support partner-driven upsell and cross-sell motions.</li><li>Collaborate with DevRev Field SEs and Solution Architects for co-selling and support.</li></ul><h4><strong>Community Engagement & Thought Leadership</strong></h4><ul><li>Build and foster a technical partner community:</li><ul><li>Organize roundtables, regional events, and community forums.</li><li>Mentor technical champions within partner orgs and elevate them through enablement tracks.</li></ul><li>Maintain active visibility via LinkedIn, blog posts, forums, and content contributions.</li><li>Support media and co-marketing efforts, including reference case development and campaign support.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h3><p>An ideal candidate for this role would bring the following background:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience at B2B SaaS or platform vendor(s) in <strong>technical pre-sales</strong> or <strong>solutions engineering roles</strong>, of which a minimum of 5 years of experience in a <strong>partner focused role. </strong></li><li>Proven track record delivering <strong>technical demos</strong>, <strong>workshops</strong>, and <strong>tailored solution proposals</strong>.</li><li>Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication</strong>, <strong>storytelling</strong>, and <strong>interpersonal</strong> skills.</li><li>Experience conducting <strong>competitive analysis</strong>, identifying <strong>partner white-space</strong>, and influencing roadmap direction.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to <strong>75%</strong> depending on business and partner needs, including out of country or overseas travel.</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills & Proficiency Requirements</strong></h3><p>To thrive in this role, a DevRev Partner Solutions Engineer should have the following capabilities:</p><p><strong>Soft Skills & Consultative Capabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Consultative mindset;
