This is a highly technical and strategic partnership role at the intersection of AI infrastructure, product development, and ecosystem strategy. You will act as the technical ambassador for key hyperscaler and technology partnerships, shaping how joint solutions are designed, built, and adopted in real-world AI applications. The role blends product thinking, developer relations, and solution architecture, requiring deep engagement with leading AI platforms and cloud providers. You will collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to deliver integrations that unlock new product capabilities and drive customer success. At the same time, you will represent the organization externally through technical content, events, and partner-facing engagements. This is a high-impact position where you will influence ecosystem strategy, accelerate co-sell motions, and help define how modern AI systems are built and evaluated at scale.
Accountabilities:- Act as the technical representative for strategic AI and cloud partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor to product and solutions leaders across major ecosystem partners.
- Build and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with hyperscalers and AI infrastructure partners, supporting joint product alignment and solution development.
- Define and drive the integration roadmap in collaboration with internal product and engineering teams to enable scalable, product-led growth opportunities.
- Develop reference architectures, technical solutions, and “better together” frameworks with partners to support production-grade deployments.
- Create and publish technical content including cookbooks, sample repositories, blogs, videos, and case studies that demonstrate joint customer value.
- Enable partner field teams through training sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs to drive awareness and adoption.
- Support co-sell and ecosystem revenue generation through joint customer engagements, POCs, and marketplace initiatives.
- Represent the organization at major industry events and act as a public-facing technical voice in the AI ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical, partner-facing, or customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, DevRel, Applied AI Engineer, or similar positions.
- Strong technical expertise in modern AI systems including LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, observability, and orchestration tools.
- Hands-on programming experience in Python and proven ability to build and deploy solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with technical stakeholders at large technology organizations.
- Experience translating partnerships into shipped integrations, joint solutions, and co-sell opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort engaging in executive discussions, technical deep dives, and public speaking engagements.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and marketing in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Startup mindset with strong ownership, execution speed, and ability to build from the ground up.
- Preferred: experience with hyperscaler partner programs, DevRel leadership, AI observability tools, OpenTelemetry, or contributions to open-source AI ecosystems.
