What You'll Be Doing

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping AWS and its Global System Integrator (GSI) partners bring joint solutions to market. You’ll lead planning and execution for co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen partnerships, all while gaining hands-on experience with one of the world’s most recognized tech brands.

 

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support and help shape global go-to-market (GTM) strategies with GSI partners, ensuring alignment to AWS business priorities and global demand.
  • Partner with GSI and AWS stakeholders in planning sessions to define objectives, KPIs, and campaign roadmaps, translating strategy into actionable marketing plans.

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Act as a key marketing liaison to AWS partners, supporting their AWS journey by guiding them through the relevant AWS activities that align the joint business goals.
  • Build compelling joint value propositions and solution messaging with partners to enhance market perception.

Program Management & Execution

  • Manage global MDF (Marketing Development Funds) allocation, agency coordination, and ROI tracking.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including webinars, solution briefs, social media, and event sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with AWS Partner Marketing, Global and Regional Partner Sales, and Global Alliances to ensure alignment and execution.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Alignment and tracking against program KPI’s (PSQL generation, MDF utilization, etc.) 


Preferred Qualifications


Experience & Background

  • 2-3+ years’ experience working at a vendor or partner company (GSI, SI, ISV, Distributor) performing in a marketing role, with a focus on digital and demand generation
  • Background in B2B marketing or agency environments required
  • Proven success in developing and executing joint GTM strategies and ABM campaigns
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus

Skills & Capabilities

  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset—you enjoy measuring performance and optimizing for better results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000
