This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Director, GSI’s - KPMG in the United States.

This is a senior global alliances leadership role focused on driving strategic growth through one of the most important global systems integrator partnerships. You will be responsible for building and executing a high-impact go-to-market strategy that accelerates pipeline creation, co-sell execution, and revenue generation across global markets. Acting as the primary interface between internal leadership and external partner stakeholders, you will shape joint business plans, executive relationships, and scalable partnership programs. The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep experience in enterprise software ecosystems, and the ability to influence senior executives across global organizations. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on global revenue growth and strategic market expansion.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage a strategic global partnership with KPMG, driving joint pipeline creation, co-selling initiatives, and revenue growth across regions.
  • Build and execute global go-to-market strategies, including executive relationship mapping, value proposition development, and joint solution positioning.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to support opportunity identification, pipeline development, deal execution, and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Lead joint initiatives, campaigns, and solution accelerators to expand market reach and strengthen partner-led sales motion.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility across internal systems.
  • Engage with senior executives at KPMG and other GSIs to strengthen alignment, governance, and long-term partnership success.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure integrated execution of partner programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise software or technology sectors.
  • Proven experience working with global systems integrators such as KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, IBM, or PwC in building joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and complex enterprise sales ecosystems.
  • Cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives in global partner organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build structured partner programs and scale global alliance initiatives.
