OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of this position is to assistance and support to the Chief Credit Officer and Credit Administration within CCBX Baas (Banking as a Service) division to manage banking partners credit risks and credit policies. The role will be responsible in assisting to develop lending partner programs and relationships. This position will be the main liaison between the lending partner and CCBX Credit. The manager will maintain and monitor the BaaS partner’s lending portfolio credit KPI’s and work with the partner to reduce the risks to the bank. The role will work with cross departments to assist in developing, approving, reviewing, auditing the policies, process, and procedures regarding the partner’s lending program. This position will provide expertise and oversight in credit administration such as policies, procedures, underwriting, loan reviews, and overall loan risk as related to minimize credit risks in the portfolio and working with the partners.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
Provide support as needed to CCBX CCO and Credit Administration and other executives as needed
Coordinates, manages, and maintains efficiencies and consistencies in credit approving, policies, reviewing, auditing, and analyzing of the credit products offered through the banks Strategic Lending Partners
Assures documentation is complying within bank and CCBX policy as well as State and Federal Regulations
Provide guidance to Strategic Lending Partners on credit structure, underwriting and specific request conditions
Provide timely decisions on credit requests within delegated loan authority while maintaining proper due diligence
Assist in preparing Board, management, and regulatory credit reports and analysis of the CCBX portfolio
Coordinates, manages, and maintains consistencies in day-to-day Credit Risk Management and Credit Administration responsibilities
Assures accuracy of credit analysis data through and internal control processes over credit data and queries of that data to ensure the correctness key performance indicators for loan metrics being reported.
Review partner credit risks through all sources of data to ensure accuracy of analysis and make recommendations for any changes
Coordinate and execute workload priorities and delegate tasks within deadlines
Ability to use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
Manages and assists with special projects

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of credit
Required to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure timely and effective communication
Advance skills/experience/education in report writing, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases
Cooperative, professional attitude with strategic partners, legal counsel, and co-workers
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in banking credit underwriting, finance, accounting, or economics
Master’s degree or equivalent in experience/education preferred
7+ years' experience in Credit Administration and underwriting experience for consumer and commercial loans
Consumer loans include credit cards, charge cards, small dollar, unsecured, auto, HELOC’s.
Managing Credit Card portfolios is preferred
