This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Account Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-growing fintech partnership ecosystem focused on expanding access to retirement savings for SMBs across the country. You will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and scaling strategic relationships with key distribution partners, including brokers, CPA networks, HCM providers, and financial advisors. The position blends consultative relationship management with performance-driven sales execution, requiring both strategic thinking and strong operational follow-through. You will play a critical role in accelerating referral pipelines and enabling partners to drive new business growth. Working in a high-velocity environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance. This is a highly autonomous role where creativity, resilience, and ownership directly translate into measurable business impact and long-term partner success.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives SMB customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic relationships and effective go-to-market execution.

  • Develop, manage, and scale relationships with key partners including brokers, CPA firms, HCM platforms, and financial advisors.
  • Build and optimize referral networks to generate consistent pipeline and new business opportunities.
  • Design and execute partner growth strategies aligned with revenue and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to deliver initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and educational programs.
  • Define and track partner performance metrics, including pipeline depth, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify and resolve operational or strategic partnership challenges in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to support partner success and scalability.

Requirements

This role requires a strong background in partnership development or B2B sales, with a proven ability to manage relationships, drive revenue, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or territory sales within SMB-focused environments.
  • Proven success in a quota-driven or revenue-generating role.
  • Experience working with or managing relationships in ecosystems such as brokers, CPA firms, HCM providers, or financial advisors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative, hands-on solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Growth mindset with strong coachability and ability to adapt based on feedback.
  • Ability to travel approximately 3 days per week and reside in the Orlando, FL area.

Benefits

  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $140,000
  • Base salary: $70,000 plus variable compensation up to $70,000
