At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one&nbsp;with unlimited potential and dignity.&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Description</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Striim is hiring a Partner Account Manager to spearhead the execution of migration and enablement relationship-building programs across hyperscaler partners—including Google, Microsoft, Snowflake, and AWS. In this role, you will be the externally focused counterpart to our internal Partner Account Manager (PAM), owning partner engagement, migration conversion, and enablement execution.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own post-event outreach and enablement outreach across hyperscaler partners.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent Striim in presentations, roadshows and partner events (up to 50% travel).</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead post-event and ongoing migration enablement efforts—driving adoption and conversion across hyperscaler ecosystems.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain partner outreach cadences, pipeline dashboards and CRM records.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure timely follow-up with partners and maintain deal momentum.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ask insightful questions to surface partner migration needs, present technical value thoughtfully, and drive programmatic enablement.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with Striim’s GTM team to develop account strategies, co-sell leads identified via partner conversations, and align on goals.&nbsp; This includes pipeline reviews, joint business planning, and ensuring partner-led opportunities are surfaced and progressed within Striim’s sales process.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with internal PAM via:</span><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Shared trackers (Salesforce, Google Sheets) for visibility into licensing, migration milestones, and partner context</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Weekly syncs to clarify blockers and partner-specific details</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Field-ready briefs and status updates for seamless handoffs and execution</span></li></ul></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> 3–5 years' experience in hyperscaler partner, ISV, channel, customer success, or partner-centric roles—preferably in cloud, SaaS, or data environments.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Direct experience with hyperscaler ISV programs, co-sell motions, and marketplace engagement.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be highly organized with process discipline and a data-driven approach.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Willing and able to travel up to 50%, public speaking, and booth staffing.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient working with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline reporting.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrates resilience and a proactive mindset—drives progress with persistence and professionalism.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative, team-first attitude.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Quick learner—capable of mastering Striim’s pitch and technical differentiators within 90 days</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to respond promptly to customer requests.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building robust client relationships - structured but personable.&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Benefits</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We offer</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Pre-IPO stock options</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental and vision), including medical and dependent FSA</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Retirement plan (401K)</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick &amp;
