This role offers the opportunity to directly support clinical trials that accelerate patient access to innovative treatments. You will manage participant interactions, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while maintaining accurate data and adherence to protocols. Working closely with clinical operations teams, you will oversee onboarding, follow-ups, and trial logistics, while contributing to process improvements. The position combines attention to detail, organizational skill, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will gain exposure to the full trial lifecycle and help shape experiences for both participants and clinical teams. This is a fixed-term contract with meaningful impact on trial efficiency and patient outcomes.

Accountabilities

Manage participant-facing tasks, ensuring a high-quality experience and accurate data collection within trial platforms
Conduct onboarding, screening calls, follow-ups, and day-to-day trial coordination, including supporting procedures like MRI scans
Maintain and update participant trackers and Investigator Site Files (ISF)
Assist clinical teams and respond to queries from CROs while escalating safety, data integrity, or operational issues as needed
Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) in compliance with protocol requirements
Collaborate across trial teams to ensure smooth participant experiences and share insights to improve processes
Keep leadership and team members updated on trial status and participant progress

Requirements

Experience in participant recruitment, onboarding, or clinical trial coordination
Familiarity with tech tools such as Calendly, DocuSign, Medi2data, Dial Pad, Florence, or Sealed Envelope is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking systems and follow-up procedures
High agency and bias for action, able to adhere to timelines and adapt to shifting priorities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and clinical teams
Passion for improving patient experiences and curiosity about healthcare innovation
Ability to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
