You will manage participant interactions, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while maintaining accurate data and adherence to protocols. Working closely with clinical operations teams, you will oversee onboarding, follow-ups, and trial logistics, while contributing to process improvements. The position combines attention to detail, organizational skill, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will gain exposure to the full trial lifecycle and help shape experiences for both participants and clinical teams. This is a fixed-term contract with meaningful impact on trial efficiency and patient outcomes.
