Role Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Lean Six Sigma trainers with strong industry backgrounds and proven expertise in delivering engaging, practical, and certification-aligned training programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology, process improvement tools, and real-world applications across industries.

You will be responsible for delivering training sessions for both individuals and enterprise clients, enabling them to gain hands-on understanding and certification readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and practical Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training programs aligned with ASQ/IASSC/other global certification standards.
• Tailor training sessions to meet the unique needs of learners and corporate professionals from diverse domains.
• Integrate real-world case studies, simulations, and tools into the training experience.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback, mentoring, and post-training support if required.
• Stay up to date with evolving industry trends and certification guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal content and operations teams to ensure training excellence.
  

Eligibility Criteria / Pre-Requisites:

Training Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt training (virtual and/or in-person).
• Demonstrated ability to engage and teach experienced professionals from diverse domains.
  

Industry Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in roles involving process improvement, quality management, operations, or business transformation.
• Strong background in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in real-world projects with measurable outcomes.
  

Certifications (Mandatory):

• Valid Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a globally recognized body (e.g., ASQ, IASSC, Six Sigma Global Institute, or equivalent).
• Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile, or related domains will be an added advantage.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience training corporate teams in regulated or high-compliance industries (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI).
• Comfortable with virtual training delivery tools like Zoom and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills.
• Ability to handle certification preparation and assessments.
  

Engagement Model:

• Flexible schedule with session-wise assignments.
• Training assignments may vary between weekday evening batches, weekend batches, and corporate day-long sessions depending on client requirements.

Compensation:

$70 hourly rate
