As we shift our focus toward custom development and cost-effective offshore solutions, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help bring this story to life through strategic content and targeted outreach.

About the Role

We’re seeking a part-time (10 hours/week) Marketing Manager to lead our content and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for a sharp B2B marketer who knows how to write compelling content, build effective outbound email sequences, and manage targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns.

You’ll work directly with the founder to sharpen our positioning and create content that generates demand for our Salesforce services and offshore resources.

Responsibilities

Web & Content Marketing

  • Write and maintain content on our WordPress website, including:
    • Service pages that emphasize our custom development and offshore team model
    • Blog posts, use cases, and landing pages
    • SEO-optimized copy that speaks to Salesforce users, Admins, RevOps, and IT leaders

Outbound Marketing via Apollo

  • Build and manage Apollo sequences targeting Salesforce customers, hiring managers, and agencies
  • Write cold email copy that highlights:
    • Our ability to deliver custom Salesforce solutions
    • Access to certified offshore developers, architects, and admins
    • Expertise in complex Salesforce integrations and automations

LinkedIn Advertising

  • Launch and manage targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Collaborate on creative, audience targeting, and messaging strategy
  • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to drive engagement and leads

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, consulting, or SaaS
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of web or email content
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, or ability to learn quickly
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo and WordPress
  • Experience running LinkedIn ad campaigns (targeting decision-makers, not brand-only)
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly in a lean startup environment
