That mission demands a world-class team committed to excellence. If you are motivated by impact, growth, and purpose, you will find a strong sense of belonging at Quince.</div>THE ROLE We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level Paralegal (typically 4–7+ years of relevant experience) to support Quince’s growing, fast-moving legal team across the U.S., U.K., EU, and India. This role will report to our Head of Legal, and as our first dedicated Paralegal hire, you will design, scale and own the infrastructure that allows our global legal team to move at high speed. This role will own legal operations and paralegal tasks that enable counsel to deliver practical, business-aligned legal advice: contract lifecycle management, privacy and DSAR support, employment and HR documentation assistance, litigation and claims support, outside-counsel coordination, and building repeatable processes and templates.You will work cross-functionally with Operations, People, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service and will be the team’s operational backbone — improving turnaround times and documentation quality while enabling the lawyers to focus on strategic matters.ResponsibilitiesContract & Commercial Support<ul><li>Manage contract intake, triage, and tracking across jurisdictions; enforce SLAs and maintain intake workflows.</li><li>Draft, redline, and assemble NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and standard commercial documents using templates and playbooks.</li><li>Maintain the contract repository/CLM (naming, metadata, version control), run searches, pull contract summaries and obligation logs.</li><li>Prepare contract closing packets, signature routing, and post-execution uploads.</li></ul>Privacy & Consumer / Data Requests<ul><li>Support privacy workflows, including managing the end-to-end DSAR process, updating data inventory maps, and tracking vendor data processing agreements (DPAs).</li><li>Assist with privacy-related documentation and evidence for audits and regulator interactions as directed.</li></ul>Employment & HR Support<ul><li>Prepare and maintain employment documents, offer letters, termination checklists, and HR legal templates for use by People Operations, with guidance from counsel.</li><li>Assist on onboarding/offboarding checklists and employment documentation tracking. </li></ul>Litigation, Claims & e-Discovery (Ongoing)<ul><li>Provide ongoing litigation and claims support: coordinate document collection and e-discovery with outside counsel.</li><li>Assemble litigation packets, maintain case timelines and trackers, coordinate with outside counsel, and monitor deadlines and filings.</li><li>Support pre-litigation intake, fact-gathering, and correspondence management.</li></ul>Legal Operations & Process<ul><li>Execute ad-hoc research tasks across key legal domains (including product compliance, data privacy, and global employment) to assist counsel with strategic decision-making.</li><li>Build and maintain playbooks, templates, checklists, and SOPs.</li><li>Maintain outside-counsel panels, manage matter intake, and assist with outside counsel billing and invoicing workflows.</li><li>Produce legal operational metrics and dashboards (contract volume, turnaround time, outside counsel spend).</li></ul>QualificationsRequired: <ul><li>Minimum 4 years’ paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm supporting corporate/commercial, privacy, or litigation matters; mid-to-senior level (typical range 4–7+ years).</li><li>Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., CLM tools), Google Workspace; familiarity with e-discovery tools and privacy workflows preferred.</li><li>Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document-assembly skills; high attention to detail.</li><li>Proven ability to work autonomously and manage asynchronous workflows across global time zones (U.S., U.K., India).</li><li>Strong communication and project-management skills; ability to handle competing priorities and maintain SLAs.</li><li>Proactive, business-minded, and hands-on—with a bias toward execution and clarity.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior in-house experience at a high-growth e-commerce or consumer brand.</li><li>Familiarity with vendor contracting for logistics/3PL, SaaS, and marketing services.</li><li>Experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools and intake/ticketing systems.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce tech platforms or consumer brands.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
