About the role
Nerdio is looking for a rockstar Paid Media Marketer to join our advertising team with strong hands-on experience leading paid ad programs designed to capture demand for our products.
This role is critical in evolving, scaling, and optimizing Nerdio’s inbound and account-based digital marketing programs to support pipeline growth and will work closely across our marketing and sales teams. The right candidate should have a strong understanding of how to nurture prospects across their lifecycle through digital ads to generate quality pipeline.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute global paid advertising campaigns, with a particular focus on paid social and ABM display using 6Sense.
- Optimize and restructure existing channels with the latest best practices and continuously test new strategies and tactics.
- Work with marketing, creative and product teams to develop effective content and visuals for campaigns aligned to business goals and audiences.
- Partner with our Performance Marketing Manager and Demand Gen leaders to ensure ad campaigns across paid search, display, and social are cohesive and aligned to our funnel stages.
- Analyze granular performance data and effectively communicate the results of digital channels. Use learnings to improve campaign creative, copy, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Review and analyze competitors’ digital marketing activities
- Manage the budget for digital campaigns
- Manage outside vendors, agencies, and consultants as necessary
- Work closely with our website manager on a joint strategy between SEO and paid search to optimize our paid mix and provide input on opportunities for organic growth
- Write ad copy, build landing pages, and create A/B tests needed for ad campaigns
Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B global digital marketing experience owning and executing integrated programs, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment. Preferably in B2B technology, particularly in targeting IT buyers.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive ROI. Testing and innovative mentality – eager to test new ideas and report on those results.
- Strong hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns across all of the major platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Experience with Salesforce and ABM platforms such as 6Sense, along with landing page creation. Strong understanding of website and ad conversion best practices, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Self-starter with a hands-on, problem-solving mentality and working cross-functionally to drive results.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices a huge plus
