Paid Ads Manager

The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative-first advertising strategies that maximize campaign performance and deliver strong business outcomes. This role combines paid media execution, creative ideation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful digital campaigns.

• Develop paid advertising strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Write engaging ad scripts, develop creative concepts, and create storyboards for high-performing video campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling short-form content designed to capture attention and drive conversions.
• Launch, manage, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns while maintaining a strong focus on ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and continuously improve creative and targeting strategies.
• Test multiple creative variations to identify winning concepts and scale successful campaigns.
• Partner with social and marketing teams to repurpose organic content into effective paid advertising assets.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality, deadlines, and performance expectations.
• Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Build repeatable processes for creative ideation, production, testing, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of short-form video trends, audience behavior, hooks, storytelling, and conversion principles.
• Experience writing ad scripts, developing creative concepts, or collaborating with production teams.

• Experience managing multiple campaigns, accounts, or projects simultaneously.
