About the Role


We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven Outbound Sales Director to lead new business sales teams and oversee the outbound sales operation. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets, driving key performance metrics, and aligning the team’s efforts with broader company goals. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with strong industry knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead, develop, and scale high-performing outbound sales teams focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth
  • Motivate and support teams through regular channel meetings, one-on-one coaching, hands-on training, and mentorship
  • Collaborate with Sales Training to shape onboarding and ongoing development programs
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to increase appointment volume, deal flow, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
  • Analyze sales dashboards and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and take proactive action to improve results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and improve processes, drive revenue retention, and increase efficiency
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and trust
  • Support company-wide initiatives and contribute to broader strategic projects as needed


At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • Experience managing sales managers and building high-performing teams
  • Ownership of a revenue channel or department   
  • Experience leading outbound SaaS sales teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Decisive, organized, and able to execute with speed and precision
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while upholding high standards and customer-centric solutions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace


Ideally, You'll Also Have
  • Experience building outbound sales functions from the ground up, including processes, KPIs, and playbooks
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects that improved processes or unlocked new revenue streams
  • Ability to analyze CAC/LTV, conversion rates, and other KPIs to provide insight and drive performance and accountability


Compensation, Benefits and Perks


This role offers an annual base salary plus variable pay based on business metrics and performance. This role has an annual starting salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 with On Target Earnings of $215,000 - $245,000.
