The Outbound Coordinator is responsible for managing a variety of tasks within the Outbound team, processing and fulfilling interpretation requests from our clients, and scheduling Interpreters using LSA's network of Independent Contractors.


Responsibilities
  • Maintains a high level of customer service while assisting clients, interpreters and internal customers over the phone, via email, and chat. In addition, completes outbound calls to address client/interpreter needs.
  • Accurately gather and process information to fulfill interpretation requests via phone, online, or email. Performs necessary next steps to assign an appropriate Interpreter or Agency Partner.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients and interpreters via phone and email.
  • Utilize available resources for independent problem-solving and escalate other issues or concerns as appropriate.
  • Adhere to personal attendance schedule and arrive for work on-time. Communicate with call center managers, as appropriate, when issues arise.
  • Maintain full confidentiality and always adhere to LSA's security policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • Contact center experience with high-volume outbound calling proficiency.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients across various industry sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A desire to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within the organization.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate the ability to type 30 wpm.
  • Basic interest in foreign cultures required. (knowledge of foreign languages is a plus).


Shift
  • Monday- Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
