About the role
You will be primarily responsible for all outbound appointment setting functions, including optimizing outreach to leads in our CRM and managing communication across our sales funnels. You will work closely with the Inbound Appointment Setter Manager, Closers, Sales Operations, and the rest of the sales leadership team.
This is not a nine to five role. Our business operates seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard, and we expect daily leadership presence in some form. You will ensure the team is hitting schedules, availability, and outbound volume expectations, maintaining energy and motivation throughout their shifts, including weekends.
This role is for someone who knows how to do the job and can teach it to others. You must have prior experience in appointment setting, ideally with leadership experience over a small team, and be ready to support performance at any time.
What you'll do
Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train outbound appointment setters.
- Coach and manage team performance daily, including call listening, message review, and KPI monitoring.
- Lead daily huddles and ensure they are motivating, energizing, and purposeful.
- Maintain schedules, shift coverage, and availability standards across all operational hours.
- Hyping up the team, especially on weekends and high-volume periods.
- Serve as the first-line leader for outbound setters and align with the Sales Director on performance strategies.
- Own all outbound appointment setting functions, ensuring team outreach is effective, timely, and aligned with sales goals.
Operations and Performance
- Monitor and optimize team KPIs, including outbound dials, contact rates, lead engagement, and appointment conversion.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure outbound activities are logged correctly in HubSpot.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Director and Sales Operations based on team performance.
- Collaborate cross-divisionally as needed to support day-to-day operational needs and initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, ideally with leadership or team lead experience.
- Experience coaching and managing sales or appointment setting teams.
- Strong understanding of outbound appointment setting operations and KPIs.
- Ability to manage a remote team across multiple shifts and days, including weekends.
- Data-driven, organized, and capable of maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting.
- High energy, high accountability, and a hands-on leader.

Compensation
- $60,000 to $75,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
