POSITION OVERVIEW


 We are seeking an Order & Inventory Management (OIM) Consultant with deep, hands‑on OIM experience to support client engagements.


 This role partners closely with our internal architecture team and the client's business stakeholders to conduct design reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and enable quick, measurable value. The ideal candidate is a seasoned OIM practitioner with strong ERP functional experience and familiarity with OIM across its historical product names (Certinia OPI, SEM, SCM).


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct a functional and architectural review of the client's existing ERP implementation with a primary focus on OIM and related integrations.
  • Evaluate OIM configurations and inventory processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices grounded in production OIM experience.
  • Collaborate with client teams to validate architecture, business processes, and data flows for order, procurement, and inventory lifecycles.
  • Provide hands-on delivery support to accelerate progress and demonstrate value in early project stages.
  • Document and present findings, recommendations, and pragmatic next steps in collaboration with senior architects.
  • Coordinate with internal resources (Architects, PMs, Developers) to align on functional and technical deliverables.
  • Review system integrations, data migration strategies, and environment management (DevOps, sandboxes, staging).Research and apply vendor documentation and OIM/ERP best practices to advise on optimization opportunities.
  • Support alignment of inventory, procurement, and order processes across the client’s ERP ecosystem.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Order & Inventory Management implementations on ERP platforms (Certinia OIM or comparable OIM/SCM/OPI/SEM/SCM solutions).
  • Proven, hands‑on OIM experience (design, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations).Practical understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and inventory lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to translate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience in a client‑facing consulting capacity, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship.


BONUS POINTS FOR
  • Familiarity with deployment and environment tools (Certinia DevOps, Gearset, or similar) preferred.
  • Certifications in OIM/ERP platforms or Financial Management.
  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Associate or Administrator.
  • Prior experience supporting multi-entity or multi-currency ERP implementations.
  • Accounting or finance background (CPA, MBA, or equivalent work experience).


$125,000 - $145,000 a year

 Order & Inventory Management has been marketed under several names over time (for example, OPI — Order, Procurement, Inventory; SEM — Supply Chain & Enterprise Management; SCM — Supply Chain Management). We are explicitly seeking candidates who recognize these historical names and have demonstrable, practical experience across those product iterations.

Compensation Statement


Compensation at Coalescence Cloud, Inc. varies based on factors such as role, skill set, level of experience, and geographic location. As required by applicable law, a reasonable pay range has been provided for this position. Actual compensation may vary outside of the listed range based on individual qualifications and business considerations. Salary ranges are subject to change at any time.
