Oracle ERP Project Manager (Remote from US)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead cloud-based Oracle implementation projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, schedule, resources, and risks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stakeholder communication, facilitating workshops, and providing guidance to team members. You will work in a dynamic environment that balances technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement, supporting enterprise-wide ERP transformations. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the capacity to mentor team members to achieve project success. Travel up to 50% may be required.

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, cost, risk, and quality management strategies.
• Maintain oversight of project schedules, resources, and budgets, facilitating timely decisions and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, managing change requests, and obtaining approvals.
• Facilitate communication across project teams and provide updates to Program Managers and Project Sponsors.
• Conduct project reviews, workshops, and sign-off sessions to validate requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

• Minimum 7 years of Oracle project management experience, including 2–3 full-cycle, multi-pillar ERP projects.
• 3–5 years of consulting experience in ERP or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Excellent customer service orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
