This role is ideal for a highly organized and strategic operations professional who thrives at the intersection of project leadership, process improvement, and executive partnership. The Operations Program Coordinator will work closely with the COO to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization. This position involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing operational data, and supporting high-impact projects that enhance performance and organizational growth. The successful candidate will also lead executive communications, track KPIs, and facilitate meetings and events, serving as a central liaison between leadership and project teams. With exposure to multiple departments, this role provides a broad view of operations and a strong platform for professional development.


Accountabilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership to define, implement, and track operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones.

  • Provide guidance and oversight for projects across Service Operations, Production Management, Medical Management, and Service Excellence.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Draft and manage executive communications, prepare presentations, and provide actionable insights for leadership and board meetings.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as liaison between leadership and project teams.

  • Lead or support high-priority projects, developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data collection and interpretation.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in healthcare or corporate operations is a plus.
