The Mission You’ll Join

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, Project Managers, Client Care team, and Controller.

Your mission is simple but critical:

Keep the backbone of the business running cleanly so leaders and Project Managers can stay focused on growth and execution.

If leadership is still handling admin, collections, or cleanup — this role isn’t doing its job.

Role: Operations, HR & Finance Coordinator

Role Summary

You will own operational coordination across finance, HR, and internal systems.

You will stabilize cash flow, clean up processes, and eliminate unnecessary leadership involvement in day-to-day execution.

• Keeping cash flow predictable

• Ensuring clean client and partner setup

• Run cash flow execution like a machine (billing, AR touchpoints, terms verification)

• Ensure clients and service partners are set up perfectly from day one

• Own HR admin so employees feel supported and organized

• Maintain clean, accurate systems and documentation

• Deliver on-time reporting without reminders

• Improve something every single month
