PickNik is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Operations Assistant to support core business operations across finance, compliance, and office administration. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and Controller to ensure that critical operational processes — including Accounts Payable, government contract compliance, and internal coordination — are executed accurately and on time.

Maintain organized digital filing systems (Google Drive)
Assist with vendor coordination and general office administration
Coordinate logistics for company meetings, All Hands, and internal events
Support new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace and equipment coordination
Support the Controller with Accounts Payable processing, invoice tracking, and documentation management
Prepare and submit compliance documentation for government contracts and funding programs
Maintain organized financial and compliance records
Ensure documentation aligns with reporting requirements and internal controls
Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests, as needed
Coordinate conference and trade show logistics (registration, materials, shipping, scheduling)
Support webinar logistics and event execution
Assist with internal communication and coordination through Slack and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail.
Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Experience working with accounting and Accounts Payable
Strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Microsoft equivalents.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
4+ years experience as an Executive/Administrative/Virtual Assistant, preferably in a tech environment.
US residency (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Live in the Boulder/Denver area and have the ability to be in-office nearly every day of the week.
High level verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy.
Problem-solving and decision making skills.
The minimum CO salary for this position is $63,000/year.
