This role is centered on building, scaling, and sustaining enterprise-wide continuous improvement capabilities through structured Operational Excellence programs. You will own the coordination and governance of Lean Six Sigma training, certification pathways, and standardized methodologies that support organizational performance improvement. Acting as a key program facilitator, you will ensure consistency and accessibility of training content while enabling teams across the business to develop strong process improvement capabilities. The position works closely with regional Operational Excellence leaders, focusing on program structure, alignment, and execution rather than deep technical project delivery. You will also contribute to enterprise initiatives that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and cultural transformation. This is a high-impact role combining program management, learning development, and operational strategy in a large, complex organization.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and continuously improve Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training programs, including Lean Leader, Green Belt, Black Belt, and leadership development modules
  • Maintain standardized documentation, version control, and accessibility of Operational Excellence training materials and playbooks
  • Manage governance and administration of certification programs, including tracking candidates, maintaining evaluation criteria, and reporting outcomes
  • Coordinate training delivery, workshops, and capability-building sessions across teams and regions
  • Support selection, onboarding, and enablement of internal trainers and coaches for LSS programs
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track training participation, certification progress, and program effectiveness
  • Partner with regional Operational Excellence leaders to ensure consistency and scalability of improvement frameworks
  • Support enterprise initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and growth transformation
  • Drive awareness of Operational Excellence programs through communications, engagement initiatives, and success storytelling

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or program/training coordination
  • Experience managing structured learning programs, capability-building initiatives, or organizational training frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and governance discipline
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification strongly preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, or performance tracking tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across regions and functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
