Columbia University's Pre-College Programs offer immersive academic experiences for high-achieving high school students from around the world. To assist in the execution of the program, the University hires individuals who have completed at least one academic year of study at an American college or university by the start of the program.
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Pre-College, the incumbent performs a variety of tasks to support the Pre-College Programs at the School of Professional Studies. The Pre-College Online Program Facilitator will serve as an assistant to an instructor in the coordination of online classroom logistics and administrative tasks. Administrative tasks include but are not limited to Canvas document uploads (prior to the start of the course and while the course is in session) and student evaluation letter proofreading. Program Facilitators will also support social media content collection and administration.Â
