Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers regarding their online orders through email and chat support.
- Help customers with order placement, tracking shipments, and answering general inquiries about our products.
- Resolve simple customer complaints and issues while maintaining a pleasant customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure smooth communication and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about our product range and assist customers effectively based on their needs.
Requirements
- No prior experience in customer service is necessary; training will be provided.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat tools are desirable.
