What you'll do to make an impact:
- Manage the relationship during the initial onboarding phase for new accounts, which includes, but is not limited to, account activation and transition, driving adoption and product utilization, building strong relationships, and ensuring the delivery of product and service value.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
- Identify opportunities for expansion
- Obtain deep product knowledge, and be able to think outside the box for solutions
