The Resmed Global Marketing team orchestrates campaigns, programs, and experiences for a variety of external audiences. This role, our Omnichannel Lead, will be focused primarily on our US market for the Provider and Consumer audience. This role directly supports marketing strategists in our marketing team with omnichannel marketing strategies, optimal mix of channels, KPIs and target setting, and more. 

This role is responsible for connecting marketing strategy to campaign execution, and it is accountable specifically for the omnichannel strategy development of our high-priority initiatives. You are adept at seamlessly moving between campaign ideation into estimation & resourcing and then into tactical campaign oversight of globally distributed squads of campaigns specialists. 

The Omnichannel Lead must evaluate campaign elements and delivery options from multiple viewpoints and know how to speak the language of various parts of the business to be able to influence people and guide data-driven decision making. You coach and mentor marketers and delivery teams in the vital capabilities to ensure Resmed has world-class modern marketing approach to customer engagement. 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, with US marketing teams, the definition, design, execution, and measurement of all omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the team’s objectives and drive their desired business outcomes. 
  • Lead a team of indirect reports to deliver omnichannel campaigns and experiences in support of the US go-to-market, working across multiple internal teams, external partners and agencies. 
  • Define key results and targets, build estimates media and service investment as well as omnichannel resource capacity and overall campaign timing. 
  • Manage & monitor campaign status reporting, tracking deliverables from the marketing team, issue & risk management, and resource allocation across portfolio. 
  • Ensure campaign specialists meet established schedules, help resolve technical and operational issues, and accomplish omnichannel delivery goals. 
  • Works closely with Omnichannel Channel Leaders to develop and manage omnichannel campaign strategy that help Resmed achieve its brand building and acquisition goals. 

Qualifications: 

  • You are an omnichannel marketing expert who excels in omnichannel strategy & account management with proven success in the healthcare / medical device industry. 
  • 7+ years in client-facing roles that require a mix of influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding and execution. 
  • Ability to establish strong working relationship with customers, work effectively to lead and be part of a virtual & dispersed team and ensure delivery milestones. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, bringing teams together, identify and nurture talent. 
  • Creating omnichannel solutions, coordinate preparation of campaign and omnichannel capability proposals with technology & domain SMEs. 
  • Knowledge & understanding of Agile methodologies, Identification & implementation of continuous improvement programs. 
  • The ideal candidate will have experience as both a healthcare and DTC marketer, having launched multichannel omnichannel campaigns across an array of platforms. 
  • Knowledge and interest in new and emerging healthcare technologies. 
  • Prior agency-side, consulting, or in-house agency experience is helpful.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. ​ ​​

Base Pay Range for this position: ​

$116,000 - $145,000 - $174,000​

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
