We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented OEM Partnership Manager to lead the growth and development of our White Label department. This role involves identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with organizations interested in leveraging our solutions under their brand and set a commercial agreement to provide the rights to this kind of organizations. The role will report to the SVP Channels, Alex Donchuk.The role is to be based in North America (remote), preferably on the East Coast.Candidate Expectations:3+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement with at least 2+ years of experience managing White Label / OEM partnershipsDeveloping and executing the go-to-market strategy for White Label / OEM solutions.Identifying and approaching potential partners across industries.Negotiating and finalizing White Label agreements.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and partner satisfaction.Prior experience managing White Label partnerships.Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, experience in executing business solutions.Interpersonal skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional organizational and communication skills — both verbal and written.Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Successful multi-tasker with the ability to act autonomously.Ability to identify and focus on their highest-revenue potential White Label / OEM partners.Understand key industry trends and dynamics.Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.Strategic thinking.Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.High level of integrity and work ethic.Result-driven.What to expect from us:A leading company in a fast-growing environment.Powerful, mature, and award-winning product (a Leader in Gartner Quadrants).Focus on making our clients successful.Growing partnership network of leading global system integrators.Culture of genuine care, ownership, dedication and high standards.
