You will align with our healthcare team as a highly dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who’s comfortable with technology and enjoys working remotely. As a member of an interdisciplinary care team, you will effectively collaborate with a supervising physician to deliver remote clinical services.

What You’ll Do:
Your essential tasks may include conducting technology-enabled; remote medical wellness visits;
facilitating quality measures; supporting chronic condition management; and providing advanced
primary care that may be needed.
