In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the clinical team—screening, diagnosing, and treating patients struggling with sleep issues. Join a vibrant and supportive environment with a growing team of 15+ practitioners, including both MDs and NPs, who are passionate about advancing sleep health. </p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine</li><li>Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR</li><li>Applying appropriate billing procedures</li><li>Participating in quality control and improvement activities</li><li>Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion</li><li>Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities</li><li>Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions</li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month. </li></ul><p>Note: Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.</p><ul><li>A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university</li><li>A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required</li><li>An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license)</li><li>Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.</li><li>A Patient-Focused Approach - This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs.
