  • Apply frameworks such as Liberatory Design and Stronger’s equity-centered, results-driven approach to ensure planning is action-oriented and equity-driven.
  • Develop 3–5 year strategic plans with clear goals, measurable outcomes, and implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, accountability structures, and progress monitoring systems.
  • Guide nonprofits in aligning resources, staffing, governance, and structures to strategic priorities.
  • Provide coaching and support to executive teams and boards to strengthen implementation capacity and accountability.
  • Build client capacity for sustainability and execution, including project management tools, progress monitoring, and board/staff alignment strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and facilitation sessions to boards and leadership teams.
  • Serve as a thought partner to nonprofit leaders on sustainability, growth, fundraising, and mission impact.

  • Strong facilitation skills with diverse groups, including boards, staff, funders, and community stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit governance, fundraising, and program design.
  • Skilled in developing measurable goals, KPIs, and monitoring systems to track progress.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices.
