We’re seeking a Network Solutions Pre-Sales & Delivery Engineer to join our growing Melbourne team. This is a high-impact role for a technically strong, customer-focused engineer who enjoys shaping solutions, engaging with customers, and delivering real-world outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing

Solution Design & Delivery (25%)

  • Architect secure, scalable edge network solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery across mobile, satellite, and hybrid network environments

Pre-Sales Support (25%)

  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Lead proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot deployments to validate designs prior to full rollout

Service Delivery & Support (25%)

  • Manage technical deployments and ensure smooth transition into production
  • Troubleshoot critical incidents and support change requests in line with SLAs and defined scopes of work

Partner Enablement (10%)

  • Train and support channel partners to independently deploy and support M2M solutions
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor across the partner ecosystem

Technology Leadership (15%)

  • Stay current with evolving M2M, IoT, and edge networking technologies
  • Leverage new product capabilities and provide feedback into future solution designs
  • Share knowledge through internal training and technical enablement sessions


What You Bring

  • Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related engineering discipline
  • 6+ years’ experience designing, delivering, and supporting M2M/IoT network solutions
  • Proven experience in pre-sales consulting and customer-facing solution delivery
  • Strong knowledge of WAN & LAN networking, wireless networks, VPNs, security principles, and remote connectivity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Desirable Experience

  • Mobile (cellular) and/or satellite communication networks
  • LPWAN technologies (e.g. LoRaWAN)
  • SD-WAN routers, firewalls, and device provisioning platforms
  • Industry certifications (e.g. CCNP, AWS, JNCIP)
  • Background in telemetry, SCADA, or industrial communications environments
