This role sits at the intersection of healthcare network strategy, performance analytics, and customer engagement, focused on strengthening post-acute care networks and improving service outcomes. You will work closely with healthcare providers, hospital executives, and internal leadership to analyze network performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. The position combines relationship management with data-driven decision-making, requiring both strong analytical thinking and executive-level communication skills. You will contribute to the development and optimization of high-performing care networks while supporting adoption of key tools and services. Operating in a dynamic healthcare environment, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and clinical transformation. The role also involves frequent collaboration across business units and direct engagement with external partners and stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home health organizations, LTACHs, and IPRs.
  • Support development and execution of market growth plans, including account prioritization and business planning.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize account and network data to identify opportunities, service improvements, and pricing or contract insights.
  • Lead and support implementation of strategic initiatives focused on vendor engagement, network optimization, and clinical transformation.
  • Facilitate meetings with health plan and hospital leadership to review performance trends and network outcomes.
  • Provide training and education to customers on core services, tools, and adoption strategies.
  • Perform detailed analysis of network performance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
  • Lead short- and mid-term projects, driving execution and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

This role requires strong healthcare industry experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships across complex stakeholder environments. Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, consulting, strategic planning, or health insurance environments.
  • Strong background in healthcare operations or managed care (preferred).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience leading projects and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Comfort with occasional travel and onsite engagement in healthcare settings.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $86,400 to $138,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Remote-based role with regional onsite engagement in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
  • Opportunity to influence healthcare network performance and clinical transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic healthcare partnerships.
  • Career development in healthcare strategy, consulting, and network performance management.
  • Structured training and leadership opportunities within a high-impact healthcare environment.
  • Comprehensive benefits package may include healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off (depending on eligibility).
  • Inclusive workplace committed to compliance, ethics, and equal opportunity employment.
