This is a remote opportunity that will require up to 25% travel. This position also requires active security clearance with the U.S. Government at a Secret or Top Secret level. What You'll Do<ul class="editor-ul-1"><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="1">Contribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs</li><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="2">Lead customers in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data</li><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="3">Analyze customer’s network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions</li><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="4">Train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the NetBrain platform</li><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="5">Architect and create automation for critical network operations tasks through NetBrain’s automation capabilities (Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, integrations etc.)</li><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="6">Engage with existing vendor partnerships, research public domain knowledge to create automation content</li><li class="editor-li" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" value="7">Additional responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul> What You Bring<ul><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Solid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must hold an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret or Top Secret level</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to travel up to 25% to customers as required.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li></ul> What We OfferOur comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.For this role, the estimated base is $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus.
