This role sits at the intersection of advanced technical service, field expertise, and customer support within the rapidly evolving field of digital pathology. You will act as a key subject matter expert supporting complex diagnostic imaging systems used in cancer diagnostics, ensuring high performance, reliability, and optimal customer experience.
