Summary/Objective
Sell Verizon Wireless devices to business clients by providing value and service to win their confidence and ultimately grow our business client base.
Â
Essential Functions
- Utilize internal systems to research and manage leads that are revenue generating for specific markets.
- Conduct discovery appointments with business clients via phone and online to determine need and provide information about products and/or services.
- Make, accept, and disposition calls and set appointments for oneself as well as accept appointments set by B2B Support Team.
- Manage all steps in the B2B sales cycle to include conducting client account analysis and review, alerting clients to programs/services that would benefit their business, and conducting follow up and service transactions (assist with device set up, delivery, etc.).
- Probe business clients for referrals and or leads to broaden scope of influence.
- Generate and present client proposal (with or without assistance from Support Team) and direct fulfill orders.
- Partner with Market B2B representatives to set appointments local to that Market area and/or to facilitate device delivery, set up, and/or support.

Work Environment
This job may operate in a professional office environment or at a remote location. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. are routinely used.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are flexible and vary based on business needs.

Travel
5% travel is required for this position (offsite training, etc.). Minimal local travel may be required.

Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Â
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.
