Come build with us. Overview of the Role <ul><li>The National Account Manager - Albertsons position is responsible for creating and executing national Albertsons sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets. You will play a critical role in building our team and building sales for these key customers. If you love selling and building relationships, this could be the role for you! </li><li>Fully remote but must be local to Boise, ID to attend Albertsons HQ meetings as needed. </li><li>Salary range $90,000 - $95,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.</li><li>Travel Requirements: Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, & or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile) </li><li>At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Fortune  <ul><li>Meet regularly with existing customers to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to address those needs, provide all maintenance, new item submissions, promotional support, etc. </li><li>Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers & clients </li><li>Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and clients and be available and responsive to their real-time needs. </li><li>Manage national review calendar and work closely with clients to obtain distribution goals and improve distribution in Albertsons Companies divisions. </li><li>Able to complete necessary paperwork and assist clients in completing concise presentations.   </li><li>Advise clients on national strategy with Albertsons Companies and execute account specific sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets </li><li>Work effectively/professionally with company’s internal departments (Client Development Team, Marketing, Insights, Client Services, Business Support Specialists & Accounts Receivable), assuring elite management of our clients and customers businesses </li><li>Attend all required national trade shows, market specific sales meetings, client specific sales meetings, or any other necessary functions (established by your supervisor) </li><li>Approach ALL aspects of the role with a winning, “can-do,” positive, progressive, solution-based mindset </li></ul>What You Should Bring to the Table <ul><li>Experience calling on Boise retailer, Albertsons Companies Inc National Team  </li><li>Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products) </li><li>Mid/strong level of knowledge of grocery retailers in assigned market </li><li>4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience </li><li>Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) </li><li>Strong knowledge of consumer data </li></ul>You Will Stand Out if You Have  <ul><li>Experience with Albertsons divisions</li><li>Extensive national account management experience with Albertsons</li></ul>Perks <ul><li>PTO and sick days</li><li>11 paid company holidays per year </li><li>1 Floating holiday</li><li>2 paid volunteer days per year </li><li>Bonus eligible</li><li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision </li><li>Paid company life insurance </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) </li><li>Work from home flexibility </li></ul>Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
