This role is focused on managing and growing strategic healthcare accounts, serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders while ensuring consistent value delivery across a complex portfolio. The position combines account management, commercial growth, and customer success, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will proactively identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring contract compliance and service excellence. Accountabilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, escalations, and ongoing account communications
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and value delivery
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely, effective solutions
- Track account performance against contractual obligations and ensure compliance with service commitments
- Validate billing and delivery alignment to ensure accuracy and transparency in invoicing
- Manage renewal cycles, leading contract discussions to secure retention and revenue growth
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Proactively uncover opportunities to expand product adoption and increase account value
- Monitor account health, retention, and revenue performance to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles within a B2B environment
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Experience working with healthcare payer or healthcare data environments is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, customer-first mindset
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue growth strategies
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
