This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the adoption and optimization of Modern Service Management (MSM) solutions for clients across multiple industries. You will leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to implement scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure secure, resilient IT systems. Working independently on medium to large projects, you will collaborate closely with client teams to deliver tailored solutions, support business transformation, and provide hands-on guidance in the Atlassian ecosystem. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers, skilled communicators, and adaptable professionals who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver consulting services across multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with operational needs.
  • Implement and optimize business processes using the Atlassian suite and related SaaS solutions, supporting diverse business units such as engineering, marketing, PMO, and HR.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, deployment, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, providing solutions to system, process, or business blockers.
  • Produce key documentation and maintain high-quality deliverables according to established standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Apply ITIL, Agile, and DevOps best practices to enhance service management and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing consulting experience, leading projects across multiple business units.
  • At least 3 years implementing technical solutions and optimizations within the Atlassian suite.
  • Proven experience leading client engagements in change management and process improvement.
  • Atlassian Certified Individual (any certification).
  • Strong technical proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Atlassian SDK, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, SQL, Bash/Shell).
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, security practices, identity/access management, and vulnerability management.
  • Ability to analyze service data and create meaningful reports using Power BI, Tableau, or ITSM-native tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, customer-focused, and able to travel up to 25% per quarter to client sites.
