Position Overview:
As Supervisor of MRI Technologies, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. This leadership position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive and talented team in a state-of-the-art healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee technical and compliance measures for all MRI operations.
  • Schedule staff to align with patient volume and service demands.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Ensure technical procedures, patient care, and workflow meet safety and quality standards.
  • Perform MRI Technologist duties as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Participate in the rotating weekend on-call schedule (8 AM - Noon, Saturday and Sunday).
