We partner with clients across diverse industries to craft compelling visual narratives that simplify and communicate complex ideas. In this role, you’ll bring static concepts to life using design, illustration, animation, and interactive media—helping government and commercial clients tell clear, engaging stories.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for transforming ideas into impactful visual products, including prototypes, wireframes, infographics, charts, and diagrams, effectively conveying both quantitative data and abstract concepts across print and digital formats.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Strategists, Design Strategists, and Information Designers to shape high-quality animations that align with client goals, challenges, and objectives. You’ll apply human-centered design (HCD), design thinking, and storytelling principles to produce videos that inform, promote, or highlight solutions for a wide range of audiences.</p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film/Videography, Animation, Communications, or a related field<br><br></li><li>7–10 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role<br><br></li><li>Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and 2D/3D modeling and animation<br><br></li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition)<br><br></li><li>Experience with Cinema 4D and Final Cut Pro<br><br></li><li>Deep expertise in information design, with a passion for visual storytelling and data-driven communication<br><br></li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail<br><br></li><li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs<br><br></li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at guiding clients and teams toward clarity and actionable requirements</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual stories<br><br></li><li>Create storyboards and support script development to shape narrative and flow<br><br></li><li>Apply principles of design, animation, and color theory to bring concepts to life<br><br></li><li>Design and animate assets, including typography, for motion graphics projects<br><br></li><li>Source and integrate audio elements (e.g., sound bites, music) to enhance visuals<br><br></li><li>Edit and render motion graphics and synchronize related audio<br><br></li><li>Convert and compress videos for use across multiple formats and platforms<br><br></li><li>Establish motion graphics best practices within the team and across functions to maximize client impact<br><br></li><li>Use design strategically to address complex organizational, technical, or societal challenges<br><br></li><li>Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and presentations to communicate both data-driven and abstract ideas<br><br></li><li>Develop clear information hierarchies and visual frameworks that enhance understanding and retention</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>Full time, 40 hours per week</li><li>Some travel required to meet with prospects/clients, attend relevant events and conferences, and participate in LINK team events </li></ul><p><strong>Salary </strong><br>We're committed to offering competitive compensation.
