Midweight Designer

Accountabilities

In this role, you will deliver high-quality creative output that strengthens brand storytelling and supports marketing, communications, and event initiatives across multiple channels.

Develop and deliver best-in-class creative work aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Translate complex briefs into clear, impactful, and visually compelling design solutions
Support brand expression across global events, digital campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives
Produce high-quality digital, print, and motion-ready assets across multiple formats and platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to refine ideas and ensure consistent visual execution
Maintain strong attention to detail while delivering multiple projects under tight deadlines
Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve output

Requirements

You bring solid midweight-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, technical execution, and versatility across media.

Proven experience as a Midweight Designer in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepting and execution across digital, print, social, and event design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with designing for multi-platform outputs
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative ideas clearly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craft
Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred
