This is a customer-focused account management role centered on expanding revenue and strengthening long-term relationships within an established portfolio of Emerging Growth and Mid Market clients. You will work with organizations in the banking and financial services sector to identify new business opportunities, increase platform adoption, and deliver solutions that address evolving data and business process challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop strategic account plans that support customer success while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, and business strategy to maximize account growth. Success requires a proactive approach, strong forecasting capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.
