We're seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive to join our client's expanding sales team in the United States. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a high-growth company with a transparent and collaborative team culture, working with a hiring manager who previously built a martech company from 0 to a $300M IPO.
Craft and execute sales strategies to build a robust new logo pipeline
Lead discovery calls, deliver product demos, and create presentations
Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and close high-value contracts
Foster and nurture relationships with key customers and partners
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
Provide valuable insights to leadership on market trends and customer needs
Continuously hone your sales techniques and product knowledge
At least 2 years of proven full-cycle SaaS sales experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Demonstrated success in Mid-Market sales, closing deals with $30K-$100K ACV
Mastery of sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, and MEDDIC
Ideally, experience in Martech sales, particularly within e-commerce and DTC brands
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
Location: Boston, MA or Remote US
Results-driven mindset with a motivation to exceed sales targets
Proactive and energetic approach, taking initiative and providing constructive feedback
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Commitment to high ethical standards, honesty, and transparency
Adaptability to work remotely with team members across different time zones
Base Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (negotiable based on your experience)
OTE (On-Target Earnings): $250,000 - $300,000 (uncapped commission)
