Mid-Market Account Executive (Fintech SaaS) – PE-Backed
We are a high-growth Fintech firm redefining compliance and workflow automation for the professional services landscape. Backed by a premier Private Equity firm, we are scaling our sales organization to meet the demand of mid-market firms and professional services organizations. We are looking for a quota-carrying closer who understands the "Partnership" dynamic of professional service firms and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales motion from discovery to close.
- Target the Mid-Market: Prospect into and close deals with mid-sized professional services firms and corporate compliance departments.
- Consultative Selling: Diagnose firm-wide bottlenecks in regulatory workflows and align our SaaS solutions to business outcomes.
- Strategic Multi-Threading: Navigate stakeholders including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain a clean CRM using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
Requirements
Who You Are
- The Closer: 3-7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years specifically in Mid-Market closing.
- The Industry Pro: Ideally, you have experience selling software into accounting, tax, legal, or similar professional services firms.
- The Process-Driven Seller: You use a structured sales playbook to drive predictable revenue.
- The Builder: You enjoy a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can help refine the ICP and messaging.
