MAS Consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients' varied business needs and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to improve operational and process performance. </p><p>In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)and (F&O), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices including:</p><ul><li>Maintaining Dynamics 365 environments</li><li>Business solutions and operations best practices</li><li>Consulting process, tools and methodologies</li><li>Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies</li></ul><p>This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team. This position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and will require some night and weekend work.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Designing and develop solutions using Microsoft D365 CE and F&O functions and features to meet business objectives</li><li>Environment management including deploying solutions, applying updates and refreshing environments</li><li>Troubleshooting business application and supporting infrastructure issues</li><li>Providing client remote consulting, both functional and technical</li><li>Understanding how to obtain customer business requirements and communicate findings</li><li>Adopting and learning new technologies</li><li>Working and interacting with teams in the configuration of their Microsoft D365 CE and F&O system</li><li>Managing issues and projects across multiple clients simultaneously</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline</li><li>3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE or F&O and the Power Platform</li><li>Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field Service</li><li>Proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending CRM functionalities</li><li>Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)</li><li>Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for building custom plugins or workflows</li><li>Understanding of web services and APIs for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems</li><li>Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement</li><li>Fluent in English both written and verbal</li><li>Proficient in; </li><li>NET (C#)</li><li>Scripting (Java Script)</li><li>SQL</li><li>Kingsway’s Soft / Scribe/ Boomi</li><li>SSRS (Fetch XML Based Reporting)</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits / Why Ludia</strong></p><ul><li>Remote when not traveling to customer sites</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Companywide time off at the end of the year</li><li>Full health benefits, vision, and dental</li><li>401K</li><li>…and more! </li></ul><p><em>Ludia Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
