What you’ll do 

  • Build, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Nerdio's business objectives, for W365 / AVD & Intune with the Microsoft business. 
  • Build comprehensive structured engagements with Microsoft Enterprise and SME&C industry sellers, leadership, marketing and partner organizations.  
  • Build key Microsoft sales & GTM executive relationships. 
  • Focus on driving the Microsoft sell initiative to deliver on going lead generation and customer acquisition. 
  •  Understand and maximize Microsoft partner initiatives and programs, identify and align new and existing sales and joint GTM opportunities. 
  •  Evangelism and enablement of the Nerdio opportunity & value to Microsoft teams. 
  • Track and report the performance and impact of the Sales and GTM initiatives, including key metrics, progress, and outcomes, to Nerdio senior management and deliver Joint QBR with Microsoft.  
  • Engage & drive internal Nerdio sales leadership. Assist, coach and accelerate the Microsoft engagement and build strong collaboration between Nerdio and Microsoft sellers, marketing and partners. 
  • Understand and attend relevant key Microsoft in person events. 
  • Share & communicate Nerdio’s Success with Microsoft in order to Evangelize the Nerdio impact. 
  • Identify potential Microsoft priority partners, including technology vendors, service providers, and industry organizations that would benefit from Nerdio’s business goals.  
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, Microsoft and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation. 

 

 Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in engaging, developing and managing Microsoft across Enterprise, SME&C, Marketing and Partner environments.
  • A passionate, entrepreneurial, self-starter with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales roles, selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions with a proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. 
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, and related virtualization technologies. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with organizational goals. 
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships with external organizations. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proven skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion in a high-paced environment.  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy and can-do attitude with the ability to find the solution.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve common goals. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance. 
     

Travel: 

Minimal travel is expected for this position.

The salary range for this position is $230,000.00-$250,000.00 USD OTE per year
