What You Will Do
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Microsoft Alliance Manager to drive our partnership with Microsoft and maximize our capabilities across Data & AI, Digital and App Modernization, and Infrastructure disciplines. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship builder and technology expert who can position Trility’s capabilities to Microsoft representatives to create mutual growth opportunities.

Job Requirements
· Must reside within the United States
· Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
· 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliance roles
· Deep understanding of Microsoft's cloud technologies, particularly Azure, Fabric, Purview, and related platforms
· Proven track record of growing partner-led revenue and expanding partnership capabilities
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft's partner program structures and progression paths
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
· Experience working with systems integrators or technology consulting firms is preferred
Required Technical Competencies:
· Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem
· Knowledge of modern application development approaches
· Understanding of data platform and AI/ML technologies
· Insight into hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions
