About the role
Across all functions of Aegis, the Quality and EHS (QHSE) Team drives Aegis toward standardized processes, procedures, and outputs that align with customer expectations, internal specifications, and relevant external regulations. As a MEP QA/QC Inspector, you support project execution on multiple worksites. By collaborating with project stakeholders (site operations management, customer, subcontractors, etc.), you ensure that construction is completed safely, and project execution meets the defined quality control and quality assurance standards with clear, supporting documentation. This role collaborates in a systemic, cross-functional manner to support relentless reliability, continuous improvement, and excellent execution are measured and achieved. By limiting lost revenue due to poor quality and safety incidents, the QHSE Team supports Aegis' purpose of creating raving fans of both customers and team members.
Travel: 75% (3 weeks on-site, 1 week remote)
