Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation
• Support treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and case review
• Help supervisees develop strong clinical judgment
• Follow Delaware supervision and licensing requirements
• Maintain professional supervision records

Requirements

• Active Delaware clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must meet Delaware requirements to provide supervision
• Prior supervision or leadership experience preferred
